These Terms govern your use of our website and any purchase you make through our store.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to everyone who uses slim-pur.com and to every order placed through it. Any conflicting terms you propose do not become part of our agreement unless we agree to them in writing.

By using this website you agree to these Terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page, and changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

3. Permitted Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Definitions

User: anyone who uses the website.
Customer: anyone who places an order.
Products: the goods offered for sale on slim-pur.com.
Third parties: payment providers, shipping and logistics partners, analytics providers, advertising partners and other service providers we use.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to give accurate, current and complete information when you order, to keep your account credentials confidential, and to tell us promptly if someone uses your account without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account with your credentials, to the extent the law allows.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not copy, sell or commercially redistribute our content without permission; modify, tamper with or reverse engineer any part of the website; remove copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices; use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; or deliberately interfere with the operation or security of the website.

7. How an Order Becomes a Contract

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Completing checkout is your binding offer to buy the items in your cart. We may send an automatic order confirmation email on receipt. The contract is formed when we accept your order or ship it, whichever comes first.

8. Prices and Shipping Cost

Prices are shown on the website and during checkout. US prices are shown before sales tax; any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout, in line with US practice.

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

United States: we cover US customs and import duties on every order — there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Canada: orders ship internationally. Canadian duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

The total you will be charged is shown before you complete the order.

9. Payment

Payment is made through the methods actually offered at checkout, which may include credit card, debit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Available methods can vary by order and provider. The data needed to process your payment is passed to the relevant payment provider.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as they have not shipped. After shipping, our 90-day Refund and Return Policy applies.

11. Delivery and Shipping

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Delivery estimates and shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times depend on the carrier and on circumstances outside our direct control. You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address.

12. Title

To the extent permitted by law, goods remain our property until they are paid for in full.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Return Policy.

The short version: you have 90 days from delivery. You may wear the item and wash it. If it did not do what we said it would, email info@slim-pur.com and we refund you in full. You do not need to ship anything back, and there is no restocking fee.

This is a voluntary guarantee we offer on top of any rights you have under applicable law. It does not limit those rights.

Please do not ship anything to our business address. It is not a return address.

14. Faulty Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective or is the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you, your choice. Your rights under applicable consumer protection law are unaffected.

15. Product Information

We work to describe our products accurately, including sizes, materials and prices. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen and display settings.

Our products are garments. They are not medical devices, they do not treat any condition, and nothing on this website is medical advice.

16. Personal Data

Using this website and placing orders involves processing personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details and device and usage data. Payment data is processed by our payment providers. See our Privacy Policy for the details, including your rights under California and other US state privacy laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for intent or gross negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for ordinary negligence is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.

Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

22. Events Outside Our Control

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as major transport disruption, government action, natural events or comparable extraordinary circumstances. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

23. Resolving a Problem

Contact us first. Email info@slim-pur.com and we will answer within one business day. Almost everything — a size that does not fit, a package that is late, a refund — is settled the same week without anyone involving a bank or a court.

24. Governing Law

OGSUPPS LIMITED is based in Hong Kong. These Terms and the contract between us are governed by the law of Hong Kong, to the extent such a choice of law is permitted.

For consumers, this choice of law does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer protection rules of the state or country where you habitually reside, where those rules cannot be excluded by agreement.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions stay in force to the extent the law allows. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
