The 90-Day Promise

Wear it. Wash it. Put it through everything you would put a normal shirt through. If after 90 days it did not do what we said it would, email us and we refund you in full.

You do not need to ship anything back. Keep the shirt.

No restocking fee, no return label to print, no photos of tags. We would rather spend that money making the product better than making you jump through hoops.

Wrong Size? Start Here

If the only problem is the fit, email info@slim-pur.com with your order number and the size you actually need. We ship the correct size at no charge, and you do not send the first one back. Give it to someone who fits it.

This is the fastest fix and it costs you nothing.

How to Get a Refund

Email info@slim-pur.com within 90 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• one line on what did not work

That is the whole process. We reply within one business day.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may add a few days on top of that, which is outside our control.

What Is Covered

Every item in your order, bundles included. If you bought a 3-pack and it was not for you, the whole order is refundable — not just one shirt.

What Is Not Covered

• Requests made more than 90 days after delivery
• Wholesale or bulk orders placed outside our online store

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We ship a replacement or refund you — your call. Nothing needs to come back to us.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as they have not shipped yet. After that, the 90-day promise above covers you anyway.

Package Not Delivered

If tracking has not moved for more than 14 business days, or the carrier marked it delivered and it is not there, contact us. We replace or refund it. See our Shipping Policy for the details.

Before You Call Your Bank

Talk to us first. We answer within one business day and there is no version of a sizing problem or a late package that we will not sort out. A chargeback takes weeks and costs us both money.
