Note on advertising: using the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google advertising tools involves sharing certain identifiers and browsing activity with those companies for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under California law this counts as "sharing" — and in some readings as a "sale" — even though no money changes hands. You can opt out; see below.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share, and to request a copy
  • Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics
  • Non-discrimination — we will not charge you a different price or give you a worse service for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any other right: email info@slim-pur.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request". We will verify your identity by matching the details you give us against our records, and we will respond within 45 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why.

Authorized agents: you may use an authorized agent to make a request. We will ask for proof that you gave them permission.

Shine the Light: we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Other US State Privacy Rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights to access, correct, delete and port their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep order and transaction records for as long as we need them for the purposes in this policy and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Data transmitted between you and our website is encrypted in transit. We apply industry-standard controls around payment processing. No system is perfect, but we treat your data as if it were our own.

International Transfers

We are based in Hong Kong and use service providers in several countries. Your personal information may be transferred to, stored in and processed outside the United States. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
