Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the statutory right of withdrawal applies.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned unused, undamaged, and, if possible, in its original packaging.
Items with clear signs of use or damage may be excluded from return.
Any possible loss in value of the goods due to handling that is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods remains unaffected by this.
How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
After reviewing your request, you will receive the corresponding return address and further return instructions by email.
Return Shipping
The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the goods were faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
For international returns, additional customs or import fees may apply. These costs are to be borne by the customer.
Unannounced returns or returns to an address not confirmed by us may delay processing.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
Depending on the payment provider or bank, the credit may take additional processing time.
